The agony and pain, so easy to obtain/thoughts in my mind are driving me insane/
I can't stop looking and can't stop feeding, needing the the things that force me to play/
I look at her and begin to lust, my eyes I've learned I cannot trust/
her shape is conformed, to the images that please/not realizing my mind, is creating the tease/
it's not about her breast, her butt, or legs/ the mess of my thoughts, would show me no less/
of who I am, more like who I was/ in God I trust, now I'm transformed to love/
I don't like that I saw women as toys/thought I was a man, But truly a little boy/
I can't provide for another, so why shop with my sight/fantasizing about strangers, the way I should for my wife/
thank you God for giving me life, allowing me the sight of beauty, not the tights/
with my head in the psalms, I look past the bod/ next time we see a women, let's just remember shes a princess of God/
But wait I'm not finished, cuz it gets lonely to wait/diminished temptation, only increases your faith/
abandoned from blessings, oh so it seems/willing to deny Christ, to satisfy your needs/
Don't give in, and just wait a moment/for God, not flesh, is what you put hope in/
ladies stop settling, for man is blind to your worth/if he's not lost in God, you'll be drowning in hurt/
as for men, learn to love her, grab her heart and smother/treat her the way you would to your mother/
but be sure of commitment, or dump and don't bother/ let's stand up as Men and regain our HONOR!/
be loyal, faithful, don't cheat and don't lie, cuz she deserves the rest of your life/
if you think I'm playing see what God says, about what the church meant to JESUS/
ladies, next time a guy is down to have sex, analyze his commitment, is he down till the death/
By Jeremy veras
A mans WORD is all he has to live for, and die for. Word is bond. Regaining Honor one moral at a time!-----------------------------------------> (John 1:1) In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

Star gazing
"When I consider your heavens,
the work of your fingers,
the moon and the stars,
which you have set in place, what is mankind that you are mindful of them,
human beings that you care for them?"(Psalm 8:3, 4 NIV)
The sweet aroma of genuine intellect fulfills every majestic curiosity that my brain can handle.
If a clear night sky could do this for me, I could only imagine the neurological pressure it would place on my reasoning if I could only see from a stars point of view.
Looking down at the earth, not understanding the simple movements that are associated with each systemic instinctive occurrence of every individual's life.
The capacity of the universe tends to limit our fathomability. But the real stimulation lies in our search for some form of revelation as to how this all was manufactured.
Logically speaking, I will tend to reason from the position I am in, to further try to explain the position beyond. With our ability to perceive we come to the conclusion that some form of affection is associated in the process of manufacturing thought. So is there enough evidence to conclude that somewhere outside of this world lies an abundant level of every known emotion?
It kind of leaves you with joy to know the possibilities of your lonesome evenings being shared with someone hassling with the same concepts somewhere across this planet.
We are truly never alone, as someone once told me. I will hold on strongly to that and see the deeper meaning of what it's like to vision a counterpart with the same struggles, sharing in the same delight of recovery.
Look up on a clear nights sky, hey it can happen!

As I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
"Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God." (Romans 15:7 NIV)
I saw a movie last night that really moved me. I don't want to call it out because it will only lead to hypocritical assumptions.
Anyways, I have to come to realize how easily people can be manipulated with the simple act of acceptance. As a child we are most vulnerable and prone to the idea that the first mission we are given is the only option we have for life! We can fight every day and every night for the causes we believe to be true to ourselves, but at the end of the day nothing that consists of space really matters.
Matter itself, is what it is, and emotions towards something that doesn't exist only leads to unnecessary thoughts and habits. Imagine being the possible to the impossible, and leaving all doubt behind. You begin to realize that nothing is in your way of life.
Life doesn't mean you have to set goals and achievements in order to obtain satisfaction, because that is all a learned behavior through society. The need to feel successful comes into play through the desire to please the thought of people looking up to you as a model of what is supposed to be.
Being isn't defined through success, being is displayed when a person no longer plays the role of the "sheep" in our society. Individual thoughts and knowledge is measured with the idea that those who tend to feel emotional discomfort are generally weak to individualism.

A nightlife outing
"Let us behave decently, as in the daytime, not in carousing and drunkenness, not in sexual immorality and debauchery, not in dissension and jealousy." (Romans 13:13 NIV)
As I look at the position I am in, I begin to realize my lack of confidence in my perception. Why is it that I am so susceptible to the false reality that seems to justify my insecurities? Why do I move to the sound of nothingness? Why does something with no content seem to motivate my creativity.
The creativity has no substance, so I'm left with ideas that have nothing better to do in my mind than disintegrate back into its most minute foundation. Which seems to be my heart.
That can't be though because I was transformed to love. How can I love someone, but yet be a bad example in loving myself. My mind is worth more than a few hours of manipulative stimulation that's been conformed to meet the standards of my predetermined intuition.
Predetermined? Yes, simply because what I have known, is what I do best, which is assume. Assumption can really predetermine your motives and intent if the correct awareness is applied. How do we know the correct awareness is applied? Well, imagine what makes you happy. Now imagine what makes you sad. Everything that lies in between seems to be the very essence of our neurological projections.
How can we be blind to such an amazing attribute that rationalizes our perception.

To be or not to be.
"Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." (1 Corinthians 6:19, 20 NIV)
I met with someone that inspired me highly yesterday. Not because of how fit and dedicated this person was, but more for the outlook of life she had.
I was fond of what passion this female dancer had, and seeing what desire meant firsthand. I'm talking about a Florida native, moving to a huge demanding city where every turn you make, better be the right one. Were talking about a 22 year old girl alone in the big city of Manhattan, making a career for herself, and a very promising one at that!
You can't be a professional dancer for big time celebrities unless you have the talent, and the looks that match the high demand of attractiveness in our society today. Passion at it's finest was exposed to me and I didn't know how to interpret it.
I loved everything about what she did in order to achieve her greatest success. Feeding her body the best of the best, only to compliment the hard work she puts in to practice and train to be the best dancer she can be. Training two times a day at some points, and relying solely on vegetables and fruits to be her midnight snack.
Feeding a high powered machine all of it's required nutrients, has led her to achieve things that most people in her career dream of.
What I'm trying to come to is that it's my duty to train her to get her to reach a peak level of performance. Her dedication and desire will push me to do everything in my power to let her be the best she can! My regimens for her will be very well thought out and detailed to meet her highest expectations.
I will be nothing less than an elite trainer to an elite enthusiasts!
People find that passion that you have in your life and relate it back to your health. Do you need to be more in shape to meet your desire? Is your health holding you back? Make a change and adjust to get back on track with your destiny. Be ELITE, or you won't be fit enough to compete! It's not too late!

Motivation is something within.......
"Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the realm of the dead, where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom." (Ecclesiastes 9:10 NIV)
Why can't some of us find it? Why as human beings, do we believe that self discipline is something your taught?
Actually, it's more like something you use. Waking up every morning can be tough, believe me I know, especially due to the lack of sleep I have been experiencing lately.
What pushes us to get up and tackle the day? Are we forced to get out of bed where it's warm, comfy, and just so accepting of your body's every desire, or do we enjoy the presence of the waking sun and give thanks for the beautiful day that is in store for us all?
We must be grateful! Grateful for the fact that we HAVE the ability to get up out of bed, the ability to WALK to the bathroom, the ability to HAVE a wardrobe to choose from, the ability to MAKE breakfast, the ability to WORK, the ability to HAVE a VOICE!
I have come to the point in my life where I just want to be so brutally blunt to those who take the little things in life for granted, and explain to them why their choices in life are resulting from their insecure perceptions of reality. If you're overweight, than WALK. If you're broke, than WORK. If your hungry, than COOK. If you have heart issues, than take the INITIATIVE.
If NOT then give it to someone who will utilize these gifts, and not take the lack of motivation fore-granted.
All i'm saying is that we ALL have problems and issues that seem to be a factor in our decision making. Just do it! Nothing else should be said. We are who we are, by what we do! Learn to take the initiative and start living up to the expectations you have for yourself, and stop giving up when times get a bit hard. We are fortunate to even have the capacity to understand this concept! BE GRATEFUL FOR IT.

I don't know what to call it.
"And so we know and rely on the love God has for us.
God is love. Whoever lives in love lives in God, and God in them." (1 John 4:16)
I'm on vacation now in the New England area and I must say, it is DARN cold. Given the temperature I am forced to deal with, I have been allowing myself to really reminisce on my beliefs and faiths.
Love for me has been such a huge contribution to my perception of what happiness should represent, and I can't exactly explain how grateful I am to have people who love me, and be able to eliminate any and every prideful intention, just to satisfy my observations.
I have never experienced what it's like to be vulnerable, when there are other people looking to stimluate my happiness. You reach a state of euphoria, whether it be temporary or not, the idea that it exist allows me to come back to that special occurence and experience it again, and again.
I never knew that compassion could lead to the understanding of extreme pleasure, but I must say it will be something I will be constantly thinking about when it comes to overcoming a sitution.
